We have been supplying Anodizing plants to mainly Aerospace, Architectural Industries. Through our automated systems it’s easy to achieve the stringent requirement of NADCAP. Right from designing to operational stage of the plant with service support.

Typical Process of Anodizing

Types of Anodizing

A similar electrolytic process but uses higher voltages to attain thick & dense coatings to withstand extreme conditions. The thickness goes up to 70 to 80 microns.

An excellent process that produces a perfect base for painting applications. Produces a very thin layer up to 6 microns of coating. Since the chromic acid very corrosive by nature this process is in the stage of elimination from users.

This process is a replacement for chromic acid anodizing & the coatings produced by this process are just perfect base coat of painting applications.

The coatings produced by this process is suitable for structural adhesive bonding & high humidity environment. This process can be carried out by both weak & strong acid concentration to produce different characteristics.

Titanium anodizing is a process used to increase the durability and corrosion resistance of titanium components. It also provides a range of colour options to make the components more aesthetically pleasing. The process involves passing an electric current through a titanium component in an electrolyte solution, which causes a thin oxide layer to form on the surface of the metal. This oxide layer is what gives titanium anodizing its improved properties and colour options.

Just as the well-known process of chromic acid anodizing, TSA is a type of anodizing that results in a thin oxide layer with optimal adhesion properties and a good corrosion resistance. Like all types of anodizing, aluminium is converted into aluminium oxide, as a result of which optimal adhesion is guaranteed. TSA is applied if strict requirements are imposed on corrosion resistance and sulphuric anodizing is not an option due to the negative effects on the fatigue strength. The TSA-process is mainly applied to aerospace components.
