Chemical Milling & Stripping Line
This technique used generally to get a required surface finish for aluminium components by using strong alkaline or acidic chemicals.
Stripping lines generally refers to stripping of existing coatings for components like aviation engine parts.

Types of Chemical Milling and Stripping Line
It’s a chemical etching process generally done for aerospace aluminum components with controlled temperature, concentration & timings to get desired surface finishes.
Stripping refers to removal of existing coatings & plating in order to go for refurbishment or replating process. This technique involves acidic or alkali strong chemicals controlled at various temperatures, concentrations, pH & timings in order to remove the coatings without hurting the base material.
